- Our annual HOA Meeting is scheduled for March 12, 2025 in the Community Room at Acme.
Refreshments and social hour to begin at 6pm with the meeting and elections at starting at 7pm.
- The annual neighborhood Garage Sale is scheduled for June 6-7, 2025 from 9am-3pm.
- Our annual 4th of July Parade will be held at 10:30am on July 4, 2025.
- Wednesday Night Food Trucks are being scheduled with confirmed dates currently on our Facebook Group.
- Check your email or our Neighborhood Facebook Group for details on these events and more.
Just a reminder:
- All RVs, boats, trailers, etc. are allowed on lots for 72 hours only per the Covenants and Restrictions of Mayfair HOA.
- Trash cans and recycle bins are to be stored out-of-sight from the street.
