- Our 2024 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 11th in Green Acme Community Room at 7pm.
Social hour starts at 6pm. Please plan to attend!
- The Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale is scheduled for May 10-11 from 9am-3pm.

Just a reminder:
- All RVs, boats, trailers, etc. are allowed on lots for 72 hours only per the Covenants and Restrictions of Mayfair HOA.
- Trash cans and recycle bins are to be stored out-of-sight from the street.
